My team and I identified that our users, internal associates who served as partners to vendors selling their products through the company, lacked a centralized and dynamic way to track where items stood in the product publishing lifecycle. They were relying on a static Power BI report that made it difficult to get a real time understanding of progress across different segments of the publishing process. We wanted to solve for an integrated, in-house dashboard that gave users a unified and up-to-date view of the full item publishing journey, all in one place.
