My team and I identified that our users, internal associates, were working without a single source of truth for the state of their product category's performance. They were dependent on a collection of both internal and external tools to gain a full understanding of where their category stood, and because of that, they were constantly facing data gaps and inconsistencies that made it harder to make accurate, confident decisions.
