My team and I identified that our users, internal associates specializing in item and product performance analytics, were piecing together a full picture of their item and store combination metrics entirely outside of the main tool. Without an integrated space to visualize the impact of their pairing strategies, the experience felt disjointed and disconnected from the work they were already doing. We wanted to solve for an integrated analysis experience that gave users the ability to evaluate their strategies confidently and efficiently, right within the context of their existing workflow.
